The monthly fee is a fixed amount, regardless of the number of weeks in the month.

Please contact us if you know your account will not have sufficient funds.

Your lesson program comprises a fixed number of lessons that you must attend each month. Following your Trial Session, you will be scheduled into these sessions. MISSED LESSON POLICY
If a Just Play Guitar School student is unavailable for their lesson and 24 hours of notice is given, they will receive a make-up lesson credit.
Just Play Guitar School is under no obligation to reschedule a lesson that you miss due to your own reasons, regardless of the circumstances if you do not give 24 hours of notice for your or your child’s absence.
If you give the required 48 hours of notice for your or your child’s absence, they will be given a makeup credit. They can use this make-up credit at a agreed upon time/day.
If Teacher is absent and you or your child misses two lessons, they will receive 2 make-up lessons.
HOWEVER...
If you or your child ever misses a class due to your own reasons:
1. You can continue to work through your lesson content via Soundslice or any handouts in your folder.
2. Film your child playing any pieces or asking any questions about their current lesson material and send it to us via Whatsapp or through the Just Play Guitar School Facebook Page
3. The teacher can then reply via Whatsapp or Facebook Business Messenger, with advice and any exercises that will help your child overcome any challenges they're having with their pieces.
Refunds will not be given for unused lessons, nor can you "pause payments for a month to catch up" should you have missed a large number of sessions.
TEACHER ABSENCE
If I am unable to teach you or your child during their reserved lesson time, make-up lesson credits will be given and allowed to carry over beyond the 30-day period.
If I am absent and you or your child misses a lesson on that day, you will receive an agreed upon date/time make up lesson.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Just Play Guitar School will be open for most school and public holidays. A notice of closure to any closure related to school or public holiday will be given in advance.
